REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kabundu Holdings Limited, of P.O. Box 98767, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor lessee by virtue of decree (order) in the civil suit No. 649 of 1996 in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi, of all those pieces of land known as L.R. Nos. 7771/9, 7771/10, 7771/11, 7771/12, 7771/13, 7771/14, 7771/15, 7771/16, 7771/17, 7771/18, 7771/19 and 7771/21, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of certificates of titles registered as I.R. 69653/1, 69654/1, 69655/1, 69656/1, 69657/1, 69658/1, 69659/1, 69660/1, 69661/1, 69662/1, 69663/1 and 66728/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificates of titles have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new provisional certificates of titles provided that no objection has been received within that period.
