COMPLETION OF DEVELOPMENT PLAN

NOTICE is given that preparation of the above mejrtioned Part Development Plan has been completed. The Part Development Plan relates to land situated within Koyo Tradirg Centre, Nandi County. A Copy of the Part Development Plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection at the office of the County Physical Planner at Kapsabet. The copy so deposited is available for inspection free of charge by all persons interested at the office of the County Physical Planner, at Kapsabet between the hours of 0800 hrs and 1700 hrs. Any interested person/S who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above Part Development Plan may, send such representations or objections in writing to be received by the County Physical Planner, P.O. Box 802-30300, Kapsabet, within sixty (60) days from the date of publication of this notice and such representation or objection shall state the grounds on which it is made. V.
