WHEREAS Loontasati ole Lolowuaya (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1204.5 hectares or thereabout, known as parcel No. Kajiado/Elangata-Wuas/4, situate in the district of Kajiado, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Milimani in succession cause No. 1060 of 1987, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of grant in favour of (1) Sakai ene Loontasati Ololouaya (ID/0091952), (2) Twarari ole Loontasati Ololomaya (ID/6109735), (3) Martha Nashipae ,Loontasati (ID/i 1680279) and (4) Moses M. Loontasati, and whereas the said court hasexecuted an application to be registered as administrator by transmission R. L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land and whereas the land title deed is lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been 'received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the application to be registered as administrators by transmission R. 19 in favour of (1) Sakai cue Loontasati Ololouaya, (2) Twarari ole Loontasati Ololomaya, (3) Martha Nashipae Loontasati and (4) Moses Loontasati, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Loontasati ole Lolowuaya (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
