THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gachoka s/a Kamotho, of P.O. Box 99, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as No. Iriaini/Kiaguthu/90, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nyeri in succession cause No. 568- of 2015, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (I) Richard Mugo Njama, (2) Jecinta Wangul Kariuki and (3) Kinyua Njama Maingi, all of P.O. Box 99, Karatina, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of the said pies. of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date herepf, provided no valid objection has been received, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and issue to (1) Richard Mugo Njama, (2) Jecinta Wngui Kariuki and (3) Kinyua Njarna Maingi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to Gac1ka s/o Kamotho, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. - Dated the 21 St December, 20 J.
