WHEREAS Kijabe Limited, of P.O. Box 358, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Portion No. 185 Malindi, situate within Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, by virtue of an indenture registered as LT. 29, Folio 230/7, File 3589, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas Govemment of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the property register shall be reconstructed under the provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
