WHEREAS Rina Baso, of P.O. Box 1291, Malindi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of an estate in fee simple of all that piece of land known as portion No. 3272 Malindi, situate in Malindi Sub-county in Kilifi County and registered in Mombasa Land Registry under title No. L.T. 36 folio 435/2 file No. 6213, and whereas oajginal indenture in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and efforts made to locate the said have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new provisional indenture of the provision of section 33 (5) of the Act provided that no objection has been received within that period.
