TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUSF. NO. 72 OF 2017 By (1) Solomon Hura Nyaimaga and (2) Joseph Mwita Nyammaga, both of P.O. Box 130, Ntimaru in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nyaimaga Chacha Nyaimaga alias Nyaimaga Chacha, who died at Wangirabose Sub-location, on 9th July, 1990. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
