Shianda in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Michael Checheri Ksveyu alias Michael Chemcheri Kweyu, who died at Mung'ang'a,on 16th October, 1993. TAKE NOTICE that an application having been made in this court in: CAUsE NO. 18 OF 2018 By (I) Ruth Njoki Kashu, (2) Peter Kashu and (3) Francis Sanare Kashu, the deceased's widow and sons. respectively. for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Ngigi Kabiro Kashu alias Nicholas Ngigi alias Kabiro Ngigi ole Kashu, who died at Komarock Modern Hospital in Kenya, on 23rd December, 2017. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
