NOTICE is given that, for the purposes of voluntary liquidation of the company, at a general meeting of the members of the above company, duly convened and held at Muhotetu Dispensary, Muhotetu Division, Laikipia County, on the 15th October, 2018, the following special resolution was duly passed: "THAT the company be voluntarily liquidated: and that the Official Reciever of the Republic of Kenya, P.O.
