REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Ayub Muchai Njau (ID/8679801), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Thika, registered as Ruiru/Kiu Block 10/186, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register is lost and efforts to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the opening of a new register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
