REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Francis Kamau Karanja (ID/8443998), of P.O. Box 65M, Subukia in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.1000 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Nakuru, registered as Subukia/Subukia Block 6/391 (Nguba), and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the new green card as provided under section 33.
