No. 7785/882, Situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a certificate of title registered as I. R. 2501/1,and whereas the Co- operative Bank of Kenya Limited has executed an instrument of Discharge of Charge in favour of Solomon Gitundu, and whereas the affidavit has been filled in terms of Section 65 (1) (h) of the said Act declaring that the said title registered as No. I.
