WHEREAS Ardo Elmi Mire, of P.O. Box 98941-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold interest of all that piece of land known as Plot No. 13602/1/MN, containing 0.0269 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Malindi Municipality in Kilifi District, registered as C.R. 58080, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
