TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSENO.48 OF 2018 By John Kipkemboi Maiyo, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Chebukwa Chemaiyo, who died at Kapkoi Sub- location, on 30th April, 1991. CAUSE No. 84 OF 20 18 By (1) Maria Angela Wambiji and (2) Nina Nawanjaya Wambiji, both of P.O. Box 348, Kitale in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Henry Wanibiji, who died at Cherangani Sub-County Hospital in Kenya, in 2018. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
