TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE NO. 471 OF 2017 By (1) Sarah Omari and (2) Joseph Ndunde Shipila, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Laudnick Musungu Simwenyi, who died at Sibembe Village, on 30th August, 2017. CAUSE No. 344 OF 2018 By Alfred Masika Rapong'o, of P.O. Box 628, Webuye in Kenya, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Joshua Okome Rapong'o, who died at Kibisi Village, on 27th May, 2011. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in The Kenya Gazette.
