NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 5th September, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 330, in Volume DI, Folio 255/6132, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Kingston Solomon Bulemi, of P.O. Box 30124−00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kingston Suleiman Bulemi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Kingston Suleiman Bulemi, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kingston Solomon Bulemi, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Kingston Solomon Bulemi only.
