NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provision of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of household stored at Tamarind Meadows Estate, House No. 57, situate off Mombasa Road, Sabaki area, to take delivery of the said households within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice and upon payment of rent arrears in full, failure to which the said households shall be sold by either public auction or private treaty without further notice and proceeds defrayed against all accrued charges without any further reference to the owner.
