WHEREAS Leah Wangechi Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor in original share certificate No. 4197 in Mboi Kamiti Farmers Company Limited, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced by Elizabeth Wanjiru Mutheru (deceased’s daughter-in- law)(ID/13675361), of P.O. Box 912–20117, Naivasha, to show that the share certificate issued thereof has been lost or misplaced. Notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof the company will issue a new certificate to Elizabeth Wanjiru Mutheru. Dated the 24th August, 2018.
