THE RETIREMENT BENEFITS ACT

(No. 3 of 1997)

APPOINTMENT

NOTICE is given that the Members of Kenya Petroleum Refineries Pension Fund (“the Fund”), by a Resolution of the Board of Directors of Kenya Petroleum Refineries Trust Limited, the Sole Trustee of the Fund, have resolved to wind up voluntarily and that Anthony Makenzi Muthusi of Ernst & Young LLP, P.O. Box 44286–00100, Nairobi, has been appointed as the liquidator for the purpose of winding up the Fund with effect from 1st October, 2018. Creditors of Kenya Petroleum Refineries Pension Fund are required on or before Monday, 29th October, 2018, to send their names and addresses with full particulars of their debts or claims against the said Fund to the liquidator and proof of their debts or claims. Creditors will be excluded from the benefit of any distribution made before such debts are proved.
