DECLARATION

PURSUANT to the Fourth Schedule, Part 2, 11 (b), Sixth Schedule, Part 4, S15 of the Constitution of Kenya 2010, as read with section 5 (1) and (2) and section 6 (1) and (2) of the County Governments Act, and Legal Notice No. 178 of 2013, the Transition to Devolved Government Act, and in exercise of the powers conferred by section 5 (1) of the Public Finance Management Act, 2012, I, David Wakaba Waweru, County Executive Committee Member for Finance and Economic Planning, County Government of Murang’a, declare the following companies and institutions to be Murang’a County Government entities for the purpose of the Public Finance Management Act: (a) Murang’a Water and Sanitation Company Limited (b) Gatanga Community Water Scheme (c) Murang’a South Water and Sanitation Company Limited (d) Kahuti Water and Sanitation Company Limited (e) Gatamathi Water and Sanitation Company Limited (f) Fort Beverage Industries Limited D.
