GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11100

WHEREAS M’Itwerandu Kirumbi alias Twirandu Kirumbi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Nyaki/Mulathankari/205, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High Court at Meru in succession cause No. 376 of 2011, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of David Kathurima M’Itwerandu , and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said M’Itwerandu Kirumbi alias Twirandu Kirumbi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in the name of David Kathurima M’Itwerandu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said M’Itwerandu Kirumbi alias Twirandu Kirumbi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
