REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Murithi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Nyaki/Giaki/19, situate in the district of Meru, and whereas the High Court at Meru in succession cause No. 312 of 2015, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Mary Kathure, and whereas the said court has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19 in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said James Murithi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission R. L. 19, and upon such registration Mary Kathure land title deed issued to the said James Murithi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect. Dated the 26th October, 2018. C. M.
