THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kotita Mbutu, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 94.5 hectares or thereabout, known as Narok/Cis/Mara/Sakutiek/183, situate in the district of Narok, and whereas the chief magistrate’s court at Nakuru in succession cause No. 157 of 2012, has issued a certificate of confirmation for land parcel in favour of (1) Elipani Butu (ID/0913752) and (2) Toorian Butu (ID/0912908), both of P.O. Box 712, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to Kotita Mbutu has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instrument.
