REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Muchunu s/o Muchangi, of P.O. Box 212, Mukurweini in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Githi/Igana/98, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court/ senior principal magistrate’s court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 46 of 2016, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Fraciah Njoki Muchunu and (2) Others, both of P.O Box 212, Mukurweini in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and issue to the said (1) Fraciah Njoki Muchunu and (2) Others, and upon such registration the land certificate issued to the said Muchunu s/o Muchangi, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
