REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peris Wangithi Wambugu, of P.O. Box 8959–00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of those pieces of land known as Githi/Muthambi/1195 and Githi/Igana/987, situate in the district of Nyeri, and whereas the High Court/ senior principal magistrate’s court at Nyeri in succession cause No. 164 of 2000, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Salome Wamuyu Mugwe and (2) Four others, both of P.O Box 8959– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and issue to the said (1) Salome Wamuyu Mugwe and (2) Four others, and upon such registration the land certificate issued to the said Peris Wangithi Wambugu, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
