GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11092

WHEREAS Joel Musyoki Munyao, of P.O. Box 18–90131, Tala in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land known as Machakos/Nguluni/2430, situate in the district of Machakos, and whereas the Deputy registrar in the senior principal magistrate’s court at Kangundo in succession cause No. 1 of 2017, has ordered that the said piece of land be transferred to (1) Wilson Mutisya Musyoki and (2) James Kivuva Musyoki, both of P.O. Box 18–9010, Tala in the Republic of Kenya, and has in pursuance to an order of the said court executed the grant and confirmation of the said piece of land in favour of Joel Musyoki Munyao, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the land certificate issued in respect of the said piece of land to the land registrar has failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land certificate and proceed with registration of the said instrument of transfer and issue a land certificate issued to (1) Wilson Mutisya Musyoki and (2) James Kivuva Musyoki, and upon such registration the land certificate issued earlier to the said Joel Musyoki Munyao, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
