THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Fredrick Ochieng Oliech, is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.17 hectare or thereabouts, known as West Alego/Sigoma Uranga/702, situate in the district of Siaya, and whereas the land registrar established that the title was acquired fraudulently and whereas all efforts made to recover the land title deed issued thereof by the land registrar to (1) Charles Ochieng Onyango (West Alego/ Sigoma Uranga/2830) and (2) Fredrick Ochieng Oliech (West Alego/ Sigoma Uranga/2829) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and revert it to Okumu Anyango, and upon such registration the land title deed issued to the said Fredrick Ochieng Oliech—2830, shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
