THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Losengei K. Joseph, of P.O. Box 150, Kinamba in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.620 hectares or thereabout, known as Sipili Donyoloip Block 1/4524(Laikipia), situate in Laikipia District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said green card and white card have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the lost green card and white card as provided under section 33 (1)(5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
