REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Daniel Okaalo Akalongo, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.03 hactare or thereabouts, registered under title No. W/Bunyore/Ebusamia/2702, situate in the district of Emuhaya, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
