THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Gladys Nyakerario Mogaka and (2) Mogaka Mosiara Everlyne, both of P.O. Box 281, Nakuru in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land containing 0.0446 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nakuru Municipality Block 21/674, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land green card of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land green card provided that no objection has been received within that period.
