THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Omar Shariff Ali, (2) Hassan Ali Abdalla and (3) Alwi Shariff Ali, all of P.O. Box 98341, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land situate in the district of Mombasa, registered as Mombasa Block XI/946, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (white card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (white card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to open another land register and upon such opening the said missing land register shall be deemed obsolete and of no effect.
