REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Roif Robert Meier, of P.O. Box 1346, Ukunda in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of that piece of land situate in the district of Kwale, registered under title No. KwalefDiani Beach Block/684, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card registered thereof is missing or lost and efforts to trace it have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new green card, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
