NOTICE is issued pursuant to the provisions of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owners of the following motor vehicles and salvages, to take delivery of the said motor vehicles and salvages from the premises of Motorways (K) Limited, Bamburi Road, Industrial Area, Nairobi, within twenty one (21) days from the date of this publication of this notice, upon payment of all outstanding Repair cost charges and storage charges as indicated on each motor vehicle plus the cost of publication of this notice and auctioneers charges, failure to which the said motor vehicles and salvages will be sold either by public auction or private treaty and the proceeds of sale shall be defrayed against any repair cost balance and storage charges and the balance, if any, shall remain at the owners credit, but should there be a shortfall, the owner shall be liable thereof.
