REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Dagmar Winkler, of P.O. Box 5237, Diani Beach in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land under title No. KwaiefDiani /56, situate in the district of Mombasa, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register (green card) of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register (green card) have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to open another land and upon such opening, the said missing land register shall be deemed absolete and of no effect.
