REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joseph Njogu Kanyuira (ID/ 1339367), of P.O. Box 730, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all those pieces of land containing 0.0505, 0.0516, 0.1830 and 0.3720 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Naivasha, registered under title Nos. NaivashaiTown Block 11409(Kihoto), NaivashalTown Block 11439(Kihoto), Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 181789 and GilgillGilgil Block 1124840, respectively, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deeds issued thereof have been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue new title deeds provided that no objection has been received within that period.
