CAUSE NO. 280 OF 2018 By Nicholas Ogundo Achieng, the deceased's grandson, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Nicholas Ogundo Achieng, who died at Omia Mwalo Sub-location, on 5th November, 1999.
