Ukunda in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Salome Otunga Mutenyo, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Salome Otunga Mutenyo and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Salnia Otunga, for all purposes and authorizes and rIquests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Salma Otunga only.
