THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Gichuhi Warubati (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land situate in the district of Nakuru, registered as Molo South/Kuresoi Block 2/123, and whereas the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in succession cause No. 615 of 2016, has issued a grant in favour of Samwel Karanja Gichuni, and whereas the land title deed issued in respect of Gichuhi Warubati (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period,! intend to dispense with the production of the said title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of R. L. 19 in the name of Samwel Karanja Gichuni, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Gichuhi Warubati (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
