WHEREAS (1) Devshi Kunverji Patel, (2) Lalji Devshi Patel and (3) Bhimji Devshi Patel, all of P.O. Box 42974-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 336/30, situate in the city of Nairobi (Kattisuru) in Nairobi Area, by virtue of an indenture of conveyance, registered in Volume N13 Folio 357/17 File 2244, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I intend to proceed with the reconstruction of the property register as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
