REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Esther Wambui Njoroge (ID/0995430), of P.O. Box 793, Thika in the Republic of Kenya, being in partnership with (I) Patrick Kimani Njoroge, (2) Samuel Kibunja Njoroge, (3) Monicah Wanjiku Njoroge, (4) Nancy Kabura, (5) Charles Kiarii Njoroge and (6) Bernard Mungai Njoroge, are registered as proprietors in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.041 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the district of Murang'a, registered under title No. Loc. 5/Kabati/486/51/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
