NOTICE is issued pursuant to section 5 of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap. 38) of the laws of Kenya, to the owner of motor vehicle reg. No. KAD 27 ID, Nissan Bluebird, under the custody of the 360° Degrees Residents Association, situated at Katani Road, Syokimau, to take delivery of the said motor vehicle within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice, upon payment of KSh. 547,500 and other incidental charges, failure to which the said motor vehicle shall be sold as provided under the Act.
