THE CO-OPERATIVE SOCIETIES ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS, an inspection was conducted into the affairs of Good Life Sacco Society Limited (CS/14820) under section 60 (a) of the Co-operatives Societies Act and further pursuant to section 62 (I) (h) and (c), I therefore cancel the registration of the said society and order that it be liquidated. Any person, aggrieved may within thirty (30) days of publication in the Kenya gazette appeal to the Cabinet Secretary against this order. Further, pursuant to section 65 of the Co-operative Societies Act, I appoint (I) Johnson K. Njoroge, ACCD and (2) Gerald M. Mwai, Chief Co-operative Auditor to be the liquidators for a period not exceeding one (1) year and authorize them to take into their custody all the properties of the said society including such books and documents as are deemed necessary for completion of the liquidation.
