IN EXERCISE of the powers conffered by provisions of section 4 (1) of the Rating Act, Cap. 267 of the laws of Kenya and the approval by the County Executive Committee at its meeting of 10th August, 2018 vide its County Executive Committee memorandum No. 29/05/CGKJECM/2018 (resolution), the County Government of Kisumu adopts site value as a form of rating as per the provisions of that section.
