IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 2 of the Valuation for Rating Act, Cap. 266 of the laws of Kenya and the approval by the Kisumu County Executive Committee at its meeting of 10th August, 2018 vide County Executive Committee Memorandum No. 29/05/CGKJECM/2018, the County Government of Kisumu adopts the "Time of Valuation" for purpose of Preparing the Draft Valuation Roll, 2017, as at 31st December, 2017.
