REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Isaac Njuguna (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 0.0140 hectare or thereabouts, known as EmbulMunicipality/l 145, situate in the district of Embu, and whereas the chief magistrate's court at Embu in succession cause No. 540 of 2017, has ordered that the said piece of land be registered in the name of Lucy Wangechi Njuguna, and whereas all the efforts made to recover the certificate of lease issued in respect of the said piece of land by the land registrar have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed issue land title deed to the said Lucy Wangechi Njuguna (1D124686647), and upon such registration the certificate of lease issued earlier to the said Isaac Njuguna (deceased), shall be deemed lobe cancelled and of no effect.
