WHEREAS (I) Sophia Khamis Awadh and (2) Clarence Ibrahim Dials, both of P.O. Box 88560-80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership of all that piece of land .ontaining 3.06 acres or thereabout, known as Plot No. I03JIIIJMN, situate north of Mtwapa Creek in the Kilifi District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the certificate of title issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
