NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated the 10th September, 2018, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 1893, in Volume DI, Folio 236/5883, File No. MMXVIII, by our client, Swami Janmangal Dasji, of P.O. Box 40812-00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Hirani Jagdish Manji, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Hirani Jagdish Manji, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Swami Janmangal Dasji, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Swami Janmangal Dasji only.
