THE RECORDS DISPOSAL (COURTS) RULES

IN ACCORDANCE with the Records Disposal (Courts) Rules, notice is given that three (3) months after the date of publication of this notice, I intend to apply to the Chief Justice, for leave to destroy the records, box files and papers of the Auctioneers Licensing Board as set out below: Disciplinary Matters 1998-2006 Board Members Box Files 2002-2016 Deceased Auctiuoneers Files 1998-2006 A comprehensive list of all the condemned records that qualify to be disposed under the Act can be obtained and perused at the Auctioneers Licensing Board Registry, Nairobi. Any person with any claim in any of the above cases must make his/her claim before the expiry of three (3) months after the publication of this notice. Dated the 26th July, 2018. K.
