REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Joel Nyangoro Audi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of that piece of land containing 1.2 hectares or thereabout, known as Kabondo/Kodumo East/504, situate in the district of to 21st September, 2018 THE KENYA GAZETTE 3233 Rachuonyo, and whereas the principal magistrate's court at Oyugis in succession cause No. 108 of 2017, has issued transmission documents to Churchil Onyango Mbuge, and whereas all efforts made to trace the said land title deed have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with the registration of R.L. 19 and R.L. 7 to read Churchil Onyango Mbuge, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Joel Nyangoro Audi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
