TAKE NOTICE that applications having been made in this court in: CAUSE No. 76 OF 2018 By Raphael Nasubo Masafu, of P.O. Box 901, Mumias in Kenya, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Masafu Makokha, who died at Musanda, on 28th April, 2001. CAUSE No. 236 OF 2018 By (1) Julias Indiashi Amariati and (2) Enock Omusula Amariati, both of P.O. Box 22, Yala in Kenya, the deceased's sons, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Amariati Omusula William, who died at Emutsasa, on 29th January, 2017. CAUSE No. 370 OF 2018 By (1) Mary Akinyi Oluteyo and (2) Alice Nyona Oluteyo, the deceased's widows, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Suleimman Oluteyo Alubokho, who died at Provincial General Hospital, Kakamega in Kenya in 2012. CAUSE No. 381 OF 2018 By Isaac Mukhwana Wesa, the deceased's son, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of John Wesa Mukhwana alias Wesa Mukhwana, who die at Kamashia in 2015. CAUSE No. 399 OF 2018 By Ruth Adhiambo Oluchiri, the deceased's widow, for a grant of letters of administration intestate to the estate of Gideon Omollo Abucheri, who died at Huruma Nursing Home. The Court will proceed to issue the same unless cause be shown to the contrary and appearance in this respect entered within thirty (30) days from the date of publication of this notice in the Kenya Gazette.
